Last updated: 6 August 2026. This notice explains how Kycel Inc ("Septima", "we") processes personal data in connection with the septima.ai websites, the Septima product showroom, and our sales and support channels.

The product showroom contains only fictional demonstration data. No real client or investor data is processed in the showroom environment.
We use a small number of processors to run our services: Amazon Web Services (hosting, EU London region), Cloudflare (network and content delivery), Google Workspace (email), and Comp AI (compliance management). We do not sell personal data.
Access and security logs are retained for up to 12 months. Sales correspondence is retained while the relationship is active and removed on request.
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. To exercise any right, including deletion of your data, email privacy@septima.ai. We respond within one month. Requests are logged and tracked to completion. You may also complain to your supervisory authority.
Services are hosted in the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area where practicable. Where a processor operates outside these regions, transfers rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
